Shipping Address
We provide shipping to all addresses in Malaysia and selected countries. We will ship to addresses in the billing or shipping address provided during your purchase. Please ensure that address and phone number are correct when completing your order. We shall not be liable to any loss or damage in the event of incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number. Please note that, the delivery and self pick-up lead time will start on the next working day after your purchase.

Conditions of Self-Pickup

Self pick-up Hour is between 10:00am - 6:00pm from Mon-Fri

Self pick-up hours will be subjected to change due to public holiday and EXIM's company events.

Once the order is ready for collection, we will send you an SMS message or email notification or phone call.

We strongly encourage customer to inspect the purchased item during self pick- up. EXIM will not be liable to any damaged or missing item once customer leaves the outlet. (except for defects covered by warranty).

Self pick-up order must be collected within 90 days from the date of purchase. Failure to collect the order within the time frame will result in the forfeit of the order and with no refund.
Shipping Time

All orders will be delivered through our designated courier service providers.

If customer orders large or bulky items, we reserve the right to cancel as the courier service may not be able to fulfil the order. However, customer can always opt for self pick-up at our selected outlets.

EXIM will use its reasonable endeavors to ship out your order within the stated time frame. However, EXIM may not be able to ensure that these time frames will always be met as many factors may affect the delivery schedule.
Shipping to Peninsular Malaysia

It usually takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your delivery address.

The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays only.

Subject to limitation of courier service, in the event of holiday, sales or natural disaster, the delivery might be delayed.
Shipping to East Malaysia

It usually takes between 4-7 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your delivery address.

The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays only.

Subject to limitation of courier service, in the event of holiday, sales or natural disaster, the delivery might be delayed.
Shipping to Other Countries

It usually takes 7 to 14 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your delivery address.

The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays only.

You should bare all costs related to taxes, duties or any special permission required by your country.

For Pre-Order

We may not be able to guarantee the estimated shipping date for pre-order item.

We will ship out the pre-order item, the moment the item arrived.

Pre-order may also be delayed subject to processes/approval from Malaysian Customs Department or any Malaysia's governmental agency.

For international shipment, pre-order item might takes longer time to be delivered.

Risk of Loss

Every parcel delivered held a risk of being misplaced or damaged.

It is strongly recommended to purchase additional insurance coverage especially for high-risk products as each parcel only has a basic coverage.

In the event of such cases, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, it is advisable to check with your neighbours and family members to confirm if they have receive the item on behalf.

Risk of loss will be passed to customer once the carrier service provider picks up the parcel or once customer self pick-up the item at outlet.

For claimant of basic insurance, please contact the respective courier service directly.
Disclaimer

Kindly be informed that due to festive season (eg. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya etc), online orders are not guaranteed to arrive on time. The delay may be due to cut off date set by our third party courier service provider or overcapacity.

EXIM does not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays caused by our third party delivery courier service providers (GDex, Poslaju & Fedex).

Courier companies may take up to 48 hours to update the tracking number into the tracking system.

Please notify us via track@exim.my if you are unable to track your order after 48 hours.

EXIM reserves its right to change, modify, review or delete any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its discretion

EXIM reserves its right to change the courier service that are selected by customer due to limitation of the selected courier service.

Basic Coverage

Every parcel has only a basic coverage of maximum RM200/USD50 at the prevailing exhange rate.

It is recommended for customer to purchase additional insurance coverage for parcel value above RM200/USD50.

Additional insurance coverage is via GDex Express and Fedex only. Please select "Gdex + Delivery Insurance" or "Fedex + Delivery Insurance" during check out process to purchase Gdex/Fedex Insurance and Gdex/Fedex delivery.
Limitations

Territorial Limit - Within Malaysia Only

Limit of Liability - Max RM 10,000 per consignment note

Period of coverage - From the point of collection/receipt of the shipment until delivery of the same to the recipient. The insurance coverage is deemed expired upon recipient signed and/or stamped on the Proof of Delivery without raising any loss, damage, shortage and/or any other dispute to the shipment.

Excluding mechanical, electrical and electronic derangement or breakdown unless caused by violent, external, accidental and visible means.

Excluding loss, damage or liability, whether directly or indirectly, caused by or arising from the courier process.

Excluding any claim arising from customs, police or any government detention or in their storage

We strongly recommend customer to purchase additional insurance coverage especially for high value items.

Once customer's order cancellation is approved or return is successful, customer required to fill in credit card refund form and email to refund@exim.my.
